According to the Turkish Building Earthquake Regulation (TBDY) 2018 (Table 1), all residential buildings in our country;
BKS=3 and the building is constructed with a Building Importance Factor I=1, and static and seismic calculations are performed accordingly. This means that in the event of the largest possible earthquake, structures may sustain damage and become unusable, but the building will remain standing without collapsing and will be designed to prevent loss of life.
BKS=1 and no damage from earthquakes is expected in buildings constructed with a Building Importance Factor I=1.5. These structures continue to function after an earthquake.
In the static calculations for the “Boğaz Çamlıca” project, the earthquake calculation was performed using BKS=1 and Building Importance Factor I=1.5.
Therefore, residents of Boğaz Çamlıca will be able to continue enjoying the privilege of using their homes without any damage, without any worries, and without being affected even by the largest earthquake that could occur in Istanbul.
BKS=3 ve Bina Önem Katsayısı I=1 alınarak inşa edilir, statik ve
deprem hesapları buna göre yapılır. Bunun anlamı; olabilecek
en büyük depremde yapılar hasar görebilir, kullanılmaz hale
gelebilir fakat bina yıkılmadan ayakta kalır ve can kaybı
yaşanmayacak şekilde tasarlanmış olur.
BKS=1 ve Bina Önem Katsayısı I=1.5 alınarak inşa edilen
yapılarda depremden kaynaklanan bir hasar beklenmez. Bu
yapılar, deprem sonrasında da hizmet vermeye devam ederler.
“Boğaz Çamlıca”projesindeki statik hesaplamalarda; BKS=1,
Bina Önem Katsayısı I=1.5 alınarak deprem hesabı yapılmıştır.

duymadan, İstanbul’da gerçekleşebilecek en büyük
depremden dahi etkilenmeden, evlerini ‘’HASARSIZ’’
kullanmaya devam etme ayrıcalığını yaşayabilecekler.’
